How can I pay?

You can securely complete your purchase with iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, or Klarna.

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you will first receive your order and pay afterwards according to Klarna's terms.

How long is the warranty on AIROSTAR AirTracks?

All AIROSTAR AirTracks come with a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, exposure to weather conditions, or sharp objects is not covered by the warranty.

Are your AirTracks suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

Yes. Our AirTracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Please note that prolonged and intensive exposure to sun, rain, or moisture can shorten the material's lifespan.

How can I best store my AirTrack?

Clean the surface if necessary after use, let the AirTrack dry completely, and store it folded in a cool, dry place. Proper maintenance helps preserve performance and extends its lifespan.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For other countries, you can contact us in advance.

How do I report a return?

Please contact us first to receive return instructions. Once we have received and inspected the product, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Can I pick up my order?

We are a fully online webshop and do not offer a pickup option.

How can I get a notification when a product is back in stock?

If products are sold out, you can select the desired size or length. Then the option ‘Notify me’ will appear. Enter your email address and you will automatically receive a message as soon as the product is available again.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

The current stock is displayed on the product page. If a size or length cannot be selected, it is temporarily unavailable.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my AirTrack?

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in new condition and must not be damaged or heavily used.

How do I report a return?

Please contact us first to receive return instructions. Once we have received and inspected the product, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Although every AirTrack is inspected before shipping, we recommend that you check your order immediately upon receipt. Do you see any damage? Please contact us within 3 days so we can resolve this quickly.

Are your AirTracks waterproof?

Yes. Thanks to the material used and the welded seams, our AirTracks are completely waterproof. They can be used on grass, indoors, or even on water. Always let the mat dry thoroughly before storing it.

What makes your AirTracks durable?

We use high-quality PVC combined with reinforced internal fibers and heat-welded seams. Each mat is tested for airtightness and tension before shipping.
