At AIROSTAR, we strive to ensure that every order is delivered smoothly and to your satisfaction. Below you will find all the information about returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
After a valid withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment. Only the costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. Return costs depend on the carrier and the chosen shipping method.
Conditions for Returning
During the reflection period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep it.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
- Pack the product securely and safely, preferably in the original packaging
- Ensure the product cannot be damaged during transport
- Products must be clean, complete, and in good condition
- Do not write on the original packaging
- Do not use excessive tape on the original packaging
If the packaging has been written on, is damaged, or becomes damaged due to the use of tape, we will have to order new packaging and repackage the product. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure proper packaging when returning.
Any costs resulting from damage, excessive wear, or improper packaging may be deducted from your refund, insofar as this concerns a reduction in the product’s value.
How to Report a Return?
Would you like to exchange or return a product? Follow these steps:
- Download the return form and fill it out as completely as possible
- Place the form in the package along with the product Make sure the product is complete, clean, and (preferably) in the original packaging
- Send the package to our return address: Pekstraat 4, 8211 AB Lelystad, Netherlands
- Receive your refund or exchange
After receipt and inspection of your return shipment, the refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the return notification, provided the product is received in good condition or you have provided conclusive proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Note: Depreciation
You may examine a product as you would in a physical store. If the product or packaging is used or handled beyond what is necessary, this may lead to depreciation. In that case, we are entitled to deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery?
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please report this within 3 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
