Shipping & Returns – Airostar
At Airostar we want every order to be delivered quickly and smoothly. Below you will find all the details regarding shipping, returns and refunds.
Shipping
Shipping costs
We apply clear shipping rates for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:
• Free shipping on orders €99,95+
• €5,95 shipping fee for orders below €99,95
For all other international destinations, please contact us to discuss the options and costs.
Delivery times
• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
• Germany: 2–3 working days
Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the next working day
No shipping during weekends or public holidays
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email to follow your delivery.
Out of stock items
If an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page including expected restock dates and possible pre order availability.
Shipping outside NL / BE / DE
If you would like international delivery outside of these regions, please reach out to us to explore the possibilities.
We offer a 30-day consideration period on every order for possible returns. Exchanges can be done within 90-days.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you then have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will be refunded the full order amount. Only the return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise stated. Returns must be registered first and will not be accepted if sent back without prior approval.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all accessories supplied and — if reasonably possible — in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@airostar.com. We will then provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
We will refund the owed order amount within 10 working days after approval of the return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
Please register your return via email to info@airostar.com by sending the return request. Please also include the Track & Trace code of the shipment and place a printed copy of the return confirmation in the box. This is necessary for proper processing of your refund.
Steps for returning your order:

Register your return:
- Download the return form at the bottom of the page. Send the completed return form via email to info@myairostar.com.

Package the product:
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging and ensure it cannot be damaged during return shipping.
- Do not write on the original packaging of the product!
- Use an outer box to prevent damage to the original packaging!
- Do not use excessive tape on the original packaging; removing such tape in our warehouse can cause packaging damage!
- If there is writing on the original packaging, if it is damaged, or if the packaging is damaged, we are unfortunately required to order new packaging and repack the products. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Include a copy of the completed return form in the box.

Ship the product back:
- A return label can be created with any transport company. The costs for returning an item are at your own expense.
- Send the package to the address indicated on the return page or the return form.
- Save the track & trace code of your shipment.
- Note: Do not forget to mention our email address info@myairostar.com as the recipient of the package when creating a shipping label. This way, we will automatically receive the track and trace code of your shipment.
Return Exceptions
Please note:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
a. that have been created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications.
b. that are clearly personal in nature.
c. that cannot be returned due to their nature.
d. items produced specifically for you, such as custom faucet holes or modifications.
e. whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot influence.
Warranty
Products must be returned to us unused and in their original condition and packaging.
We must be able to resell the product as new if it has not been used.
Please avoid writing on or damaging the packaging. If we must replace the packaging, repackaging costs may be deducted from the refund.
