Shipping Policy – Airostar

At Airostar we want you to always know exactly what to expect when placing an order. On this page you can read everything about shipping, delivery times and frequently asked shipping questions.

Shipping costs

We offer clear and fair shipping rates for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany:

Netherlands
• Free shipping for orders €99,95 and above
• €4,95 shipping fee for orders below €99,95

Belgium
• Free shipping for orders €99,95 and above
• €5,95 shipping fee for orders below €99,95

Germany
• Free shipping for orders €99,95 and above
• €5,95 shipping fee for orders below €99,95

Would you like to ship to a different country, please contact us so we can discuss available options and rates.

Delivery times

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered within 1–2 working days via GLS.
For deliveries to Germany please allow 2–3 working days.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace link via email so you can follow your parcel.

Out of stock

If a product is temporarily unavailable this will always be indicated on the product page. You will also see when new stock is expected and whether pre ordering is possible.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days.
Orders placed after 15:00 are processed the next working day.
During weekends and public holidays orders are not dispatched.

Shipping outside NL BE DE

Do you live outside these regions, please contact us in advance. We are happy to look at the possibilities together.

Returns and cancellations

Would you like to return an item, please check our Returns & Refunds page for full instructions.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been shipped.

Is your order damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@airostar.nl.

Delays

Although we always strive for fast and reliable delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier workload or unexpected logistics circumstances. If this happens we will keep you updated.

Track & Trace

After your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
